SereniVoy Travel is a boutique travel agency based in Atlanta, Georgia. We curate travel for our incredible clients with a specialty in premium, luxury, wellness, expedition, ocean and river cruising. We also curate adults-only and all-inclusive family resort vacations, land tours, group trips, and milestone celebrations, as well as well-being and active-focused experiences. Whether it’s finding the best restaurants, most indulgent spa, or must-visit hot spots, we’ll make sure what you’re looking for is on your itinerary. Our role is to handle all of the details so you can focus on enjoying your special getaway.
We are open Tuesday – Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm ET and Saturday from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm ET. We are generally unable to respond to emails outside of these hours unless an emergency arises.

Our travel design fee covers the research, itinerary design, travel booking and management, and the support we offer while you travel. The design fee allows us to provide a completely personalized and comprehensive service from start to finish.

All prices are subject to change until booked. No bookings are guaranteed until a deposit is received. Deposits are generally due within 2 days of the quote. Therefore, quotes are typically only good for 24-48 hours.
Trip protection, also known as travel insurance, protects you and your investment from unexpected occurrences during a trip. Investing in travel protection gives you peace of mind and will save you money if the unexpected happens. It’s worth looking into and is sometimes a necessity. When traveling out of the country, it’s essential to understand what your primary health insurance will and will not cover. Many credit cards carry travel benefits, but the coverage is often limited. It’s always recommended to get a quote from a third-party insurance provider to compare coverage benefits.

For all international destinations, a U.S. passport valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates and at least 4 empty pages is required. Non-U.S. citizens should contact the consulate of the destination country to determine specific entry requirements. It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have all the necessary documentation for their trip. Additionally, minors traveling without both legal parents or guardians must carry a notarized letter of consent.
We gladly accept all major credit and debit cards. For your convenience, you can also choose flexible payment options offered from several of our partners.
While many of our clients choose the convenience of automatic billing, you can also opt to receive monthly emails with payment reminders, which will include a link to authorize your upcoming payments and provide a history of previous payments.
Automatic billing allows clients to make monthly payments through an auto-draft system. This ensures that your payments are automatically deducted each month, making it easier to stay on track with your payment schedule.
You should make every effort to make a payment each month at minimum. If you find yourself unable to make a payment, please send us an email. If you fail to make a payment for 60 days without any communication to us, your reservations will automatically cancel and you forfeit any payments previously made.
No, we do not offer refunds or transfer reservations. Each client is required to accept our Terms and Conditions before their reservation is confirmed. To safeguard your investment, we strongly recommend that all clients purchase travel insurance.
SereniVoy Travel does not store your credit card information; this is handled by the travel supplier. However, for clients enrolled in automatic billing, we securely store your payment details for recurring payments.
