Our Signature Travel Planning Process
We’ll first meet on a complimentary Zoom call so I can learn more about the journey you’re after. I’ll dig deep with my questions so that I can craft a bespoke experience for you—and you’ll have plenty of time to get all your questions answered as well.

Create
Think we’re a good fit? I’ll send over my Design Fee to get started, and then I’ll begin crafting your custom itinerary. I’ll collaborate with you to ensure every part of your itinerary fits your vision, from accommodations to activities.

Prepare
Next, I’ll book all your travel—keeping you on track of deposit payments along the way. As your date of departure approaches, we’ll meet one last time over Zoom (or over coffee if you’re local to the D.C. area) so I can brief you fully on your upcoming travels.

Discover
Get ready to say bon voyage! All your travel documents and full itinerary will be available via mobile app; just enjoy the ride as your journey unfolds. As you travel, I’m available if you need any assistance—you’ll receive my personal number before you depart.
